If you show up to your appointment with any “cold like” symptoms you will kindly be asked to reschedule. This policy is to protect not only myself and my clients, but my father who is immunocompromised.

Please arrive no earlier or later than 10 minutes of your appointment. If you do arrive later than 10 minutes, you may be ask to reschedule, and will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

All appointments require a valid credit card at time of booking. If service is cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time, 50% of service cost will be charged. FAQ
I've never had a facial, is there anything I should know beforehand?
I'm so glad you asked! There are actually a few things I'd like you to know before coming into Unity for your first facial.
-If you are on any topical medications, please inform me prior. For example, if using Tretinoin, I ask that you stop using that at least 7 days before your session.
-You'll also want to refrain from any exfoliation for at least 3 days prior as well. This includes skincare ingredients with strong active ingredients (peel pads, glycolic acid etc) scrubs, and enzymes.
-Drink plenty of water leading up to your facial! Hydrated skin responds better to treatments and can help achieve better results.
-Wear minimal makeup if possible! If you're coming from work, I will gladly remove your makeup for you. Please dont't wash your face before coming in for a session, this leads me to my next tip…
-Avoid coming in with wet hair. I appreciate you considering me in your hygiene habits, however I love to incorporate scalp massage into my treatments when possible. Wet hair is really difficult to work with, and doesn't feel all that great for you either. If you're ever concerned about having “dirty" OR “smelly" hair, don't be.
-Avoid sun exposure! I can not work on skin that has been sunburned. You will be asked to reschedule.
-Last but certainly not least, be OPEN. Be open to receive personalized care, and be open to fully relax. Facials not only benefit your skin, but also offer a chance to fully unwind and relax.
**I kindly ask you all to respect my position as an educated professional and as a person. If at anytime I feel uncomfortable during a service, I reserve the right to terminate the treatment, and ask you to leave. In this case the 50% cancellation free will NOT be refunded. Please be respectful and kind.**
